At Eternup, we are committed to providing high-quality AI-powered skincare analysis and consultation services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed.

Service Fee: ₹1,299 (Rupees One Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Nine Only)

Please read this policy carefully before making a payment. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Before Service Activation

You may cancel your purchase and request a full refund if:

  • You cancel within 24 hours of payment
  • You have NOT yet completed your profile setup
  • You have NOT uploaded any facial images
  • You have NOT started the AI consultation

Full Refund Eligible: If cancelled within 24 hours before using any service features.

2.2 After Service Activation

Once you have begun using our services, cancellation with refund is NOT available if:

  • You have uploaded facial images for AI analysis
  • Your facial analysis has been processed
  • You have started or completed the AI dermatology consultation
  • Your personalized report has been generated
  • More than 24 hours have passed since payment

No Refund: Services cannot be 'returned' once AI processing has begun, as significant computational resources and AI credits are consumed.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Full Refund (100%)

You are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

✅ Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Cancel within 24 hours of payment without using any services (profile setup, image upload, or consultation).

✅ Technical Failure

If our Platform experiences a critical technical failure that prevents you from accessing services after payment, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.

✅ Duplicate Payment

If you were charged multiple times for the same service due to a system error.

✅ Unauthorized Transaction

If you can provide evidence of an unauthorized transaction (subject to verification and investigation).

3.2 Partial Refund (50%)

A partial refund may be considered in exceptional circumstances:

  • Significant service degradation that affects your experience
  • AI analysis failure that cannot be corrected
  • Medical emergency or health condition that prevents service use

Partial refunds are granted at Eternup's sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

3.3 No Refund Scenarios

Refunds are NOT available if:

  • You disagree with the AI analysis results or recommendations
  • You are dissatisfied with the skincare products recommended
  • You changed your mind after using the services
  • You did not follow the recommended skincare protocol
  • You have downloaded or saved your consultation report
  • More than 7 days have passed since payment
  • You violated our Terms and Conditions

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action
